Except for the months of December and January, our meetings are held at Shenendehowa United Methodist Church, 971 Route 146, Clifton Park, NY 12065. Meetings are sometimes preceded or followed by workshops lead by our speakers. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and the meetings begin at 7:15 p.m.
Generally, a meeting consists of a speaker, guild business, and “show and tell” by our members. Be sure to check in each month and to wear your name tag for a chance to win a prize. Check out the Block of the Month, Library, Opportunity, Workshops, Freebies, and other tables.
QUILT North meets on the first Monday of the month, except for September when, because of the Labor Day holiday, we meet on the second Monday. Our guild year is from September to June. See a list of our entire year’s meeting schedule and speakers here. Below is more information about upcoming meetings.

Also, we’re collecting calendars for the residents; please bring any 2018 calendars you receive and don’t plan on using. These, too, will be distributed. Comfort Quilt Workshop
Monday, Jan. 8, 2017
Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library
475 Moe Road
Clifton Park, NY 12065
2 pm to 7:30 pm
We’re kicking off the new year with our annual “Comfort Quilt Workshop” at the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library from 2 pm to 7:30 pm. Look for us in the big room upstairs.
This event is our January guild meeting. Drop in or stay the day, as we make quilts that will be distributed to those in need in our community.
We will be tying quilts, sewing tops, machine quilting small quilts, adding binding, and having fun!
Please bring your machine, large needles for tying, scissors, and smiles. Pizza, salad and drinks will be provided by the guild for dinner. Treats to share are always appreciated!
NEW MEMBERS – this is a great opportunity to get to know others, it is an informal, relaxed and fun day; you don’t need to be an award winning quilter to participate.
Contact Comfort Quilts chair, Paula Dunn with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
