Except for the months of December and January, our meetings are held at Shenendehowa United Methodist Church, 971 Route 146, Clifton Park, NY 12065. Meetings are sometimes preceded or followed by workshops lead by our speakers. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and the meetings begin at 7:15 p.m.
Generally, a meeting consists of a speaker, guild business, and “show and tell” by our members. Be sure to check in each month and to wear your name tag for a chance to win a prize. Check out the Block of the Month, Library, Opportunity, Workshops, Freebies, and other tables.
QUILT North meets on the first Monday of the month, except for September when, because of the Labor Day holiday, we meet on the second Monday. Our guild year is from September to June. See a list of our entire year’s meeting schedule and speakers here. Below is more information about upcoming meetings.

Pat Pauly, patpauly.com
“Challenge Yourself: Unpredictable Outcomes from Obtuse Ideas”
From her web site: “The quilt world is full of bazaar ways to tease out work through themes, fabric choices, or (worst) deadlines. Take a look at how Pat Pauly embraces a challenge, sees a design decision, and comes up with a solution no one else would think to make. And be sure to take notes on how to use a challenge to turn obtuse ideas in to successful quilts. The PowerPoint presentation is full of examples, with 350 images.”
Pat is back by popular demand. (she was our November 2016 speaker). In addition to this lecture, she will be teaching two workshops. Details are available on the Workshops page.
November 2017 – Monday, Nov. 7, 2017
