QUILT North meets on the second Monday of the month in September and on the first Monday of the month from October to June. (Sept. 10, 2018 is our first meeting of the 2018-2019 guild year.) There are no meetings in July and August. See meeting dates and speakers here. Below are descriptions of our upcoming meetings.
Except for the months of December and January, our meetings are held at Shenendehowa United Methodist Church, 971 Route 146, Clifton Park, NY 12065. Meetings are sometimes preceded or followed by workshops lead by our speakers. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and the meetings begin at 7:15 p.m.
Generally, a meeting consists of a speaker, guild business, and “show and tell” by our members, as well as a chance to visit committee tables in the Fellowship Hall where you can sign up for a Workshop, pick up your Block of the Month, drop off or pick up a Comfort Quilt project, participate in the Fabric Swap, visit our extensive lending Library, take a chance at the Opportunity table, and snag a Freebie treasure while catching up with fellow members. Be sure to check in each month at the Membership table and to wear your personally-made cloth name tag for a chance to win a prize.
Meeting, Mon., May 6, 2019
Doors open at 6:45 pm – Guest fee $10
