Bylaws for the QUILTN Guild
EDITED MAY 2021 – VOTED TO ADOPT at June 7, 2021 guild meeting
Guild bylaws will be revised every five (5) years, or when deemed necessary by the Executive Board. Bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting of the guild by a two-thirds vote of the members present and voting.
