April guild meeting – Mon., April 4, 2017 with Gyleen Fitzgerald

We are excited to welcome quilter Gyleen X. Fitzgerald this month. Gyleen’s quilts blend color, pattern, and texture to provide a contemporary essence to traditional quilting. Visit her web site to learn more about her and her beautiful work, colourfulstitches.com. At our Mon., Apr. 3 guild meeting, her lecture, “Make Mine with Scraps,” will focus on traditional utility quilts. Use up, cut up or recycle what you have on hand to make stunning quilts. Please join us – guests welcome; fee is $10. Join us at the Shenendehowa United Methodist Church, 971 Route 146, Clifton Park, NY 12065. Doors open at 6:45 pm.

She will also be teaching her “Trash to Treasure Pineapples” workshop on Tues., Apr. 4th. All the details are available on our Workshops page.
